From October 11^th to 19^th, Groupe Huit is implementing a training of trainers for executives of the Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralisation and Local Development at the National School of Administration and Magistracy (ENAM) in Bangui on behalf of ACTED, Agora, IMPACT Initiatives and Bêkou Fund.
